Perfectly integrated. For the VarioSol E system, we integrate the collector panels into the roof structure or the facades. Let us clear up any misunderstandings straight away - collectors can be fitted to an existing roof or an existing facade. The components are up to 24 square metres in size, and we adapt them to meet the needs of our customers.
Installation instructions are available via the Login function.
Covering frames and flashing are also essential to the efficiency of solar installations. The master craftsmen in our in-house sheet metal workshop adapt them perfectly to the collector panels. Thus VarioSol E stands for safe and leakproof integration into the roofing membrane, giving quality that performs better. The collector is also designed in such a way that maintenance is simple and convenient.
Collectors are made on a one-off basis and individually customised. You can choose where to position the supply pipes, the colour of the cover section, and the form of the collectors.
If you ask us now what options are available to you for integrating collector panels into your particular building, we cannot give you a universally definitive answer. Except that we, or our partners, will give you competent advice on the spot and are bound to find a solution that is efficient and visually pleasing.
Like all the other Winkler collectors, Winkler VarioSol E-antireflex is one of the few collectors that has been tested both with regard to performance and quality, and has been awarded the coveted SWISS QUALITY LABEL.
VarioSol E-antireflex is one of the most efficient, integrated, wide-area collectors on the market. This design version even outshines vastly more expensive vacuum tube collectors – thanks to the highly transparent and precisely formed solar safety glass, which greatly reduces light reflection and measurably increases the energy yield. According to the ITW Standard, VarioSol E-antireflex achieves a peak yield of XXX kWh/m2. The collector is also available without anti-reflecting glass, as Winkler VarioSol E, with a peak energy yield of 498 kWh/m2.
The absorber is the heart of the collector and thus essential for efficiency and performance of the collector. Our self-developed SKYTECH absorber is made from pure copper. The copper tube is fully integrated into the copper sheet (360°-contact), which leads to an optimised heat transfer to the fluid inside.
You will not find these properties on an other collector - and neither such a performance.
Thanks to its flexible construction, (virtually) any conceivable special format can be made in addition to the 38 standard formats available. On request, we can also deliver special diagonally cut formats, adapted to your particular building conditions.
